Towards the end of 2023 the Paramount at Cedar Lodge, an upscale apartment complex in Baton Rouge, started working on an overhaul and rebrand of the property. A new website was needed to market the apartment's upgraded amenities, new services, and upscaled branding.
The job required a very quick turnaround, so we had to use a pre-built template, albeit with many custom changes and features. Our team started planning in December, and by working through the holidays and start of Mardi Gras, we were able to publish the website on February 1, 2024.
The site features many integrations, customizations and features including:
- An interactive visual site map feature that allows users to choose a layout and find available units. It also includes photos of amenities and other features of the new property
- A virtual tour section that allows users to walk-through apartments in an immersive 3D window
- A floor plan feature with details on each of the six apartment styles
- A Residents / Applicants area that allows residents to pay rent, make maintenance requests, and apply for leasing
It's a beautiful site that elegantly represents the new upscale brand.
